Complete Storage Buildings

Net Zero Construction delivered 96,000 square feet of climate‑controlled and heated self-storage across 10 single‑story buildings, along with a cost‑efficient office designed to look premium without the premium price tag. The office uses a hybrid structural system that creates open interior space, a post‑free front canopy, and a 60‑ft standing‑seam roof with no joints to reduce the chance of leaks. Net Zero Construction also installed the steel framing needed to support the stucco and Brazilian stonework, giving the building a polished, durable front elevation.

Seven buildings were built as heated storage with insulated doors, 10‑ft eaves, and fully sealed exterior envelopes for weather protection. Two additional buildings were designed for contractors and RV users, offering 14‑ft eaves, wider units, and 12‑ft chain‑assist doors. All structures were built with Gallized steel for long‑term durability, and more than 90% of materials were sourced from Canadian manufacturers—reinforcing Net Zero Construction’s commitment to quality, value, and supporting local industry.
