Building Conversion and Interior Storage Locker System

This project involved a multi‑phased interior conversion paired with a full exterior façade rehabilitation. The existing structure—a timber‑framed factory more than 100 years old—presented unique challenges, particularly around building code compliance and structural integration. Interior demolition and preparation for the new self‑storage system proved to be the most complex aspect, requiring careful planning and precise execution.

Our team worked diligently to preserve the building’s original beauty and historic charm while creating a modern environment designed for long‑term protection and performance. With extensive experience navigating older structures and complex renovations, Net Zero Construction ensured the transformation respected the building’s heritage while meeting today’s operational and safety standards. The new self storage system came with modern amenities like: individually alarmed units, loading bays, new freight elevators.
