Complete Storage Buildings
Net Zero Construction delivered a 66,000 sq/ft development made up of five single‑ and multi‑story buildings designed for long‑term performance and customer convenience. The project included a custom retaining wall system using Helix piles—an approach that earned recognition for its innovative design. The single‑story buildings feature flat TPO roofs with internal drainage to eliminate exterior gutters and prevent winter ice buildup, along with clear‑span interiors that allow unit sizes to be reconfigured without structural changes.
The multi‑story building was built into the hillside, giving customers ground‑level access on every floor while doubling the usable area on site. Durable insulated metal panels provide up to a 2‑hour fire rating, and the heated slab includes in‑floor heating and snowmelt for year‑round reliability. Climate‑controlled units are supported by radiant‑heated exterior mechanical systems, and over 90% of all materials were sourced from Canadian manufacturers—reinforcing Net Zero Construction’s commitment to quality, innovation, and local industry.
