This project involved the construction of a brand new, six story, state of the art self storage facility. Our client selected Net Zero Construction based on our proven track record for delivering high end interior finishes. As this facility was being developed as a joint venture flagship, quality and brand alignment were the top priorities. Net Zero Construction worked closely with the client to curate finish selections that met the elevated expectations of the new facility. This included a detailed colour selection process to ensure the interior reflected the unique identity of the emerging brand.

Given the scale of the interior package and the client’s accelerated schedule, multiple crews were mobilized to maintain progress and meet all deadlines without compromising craftsmanship.
