Building Refresh and Interior Storage Locker System

This project involved installing 40,000 square feet of new storage locker systems as part of a major addition to an existing facility. To support the updated layout and new pedestrian access points, several areas of the original building were reconfigured and upgraded to integrate seamlessly with the expansion. Additional work was completed in the existing 40,000 square feet to refresh the existing facility and better align the look and feel of the new phase with the old. 

Net Zero Construction worked closely with the client to deliver a high‑end storage system while managing the complex reconfiguration of active operational spaces.
