Building Conversion and Interior Locker System 

This project involved a multi‑phased interior conversion paired with a full exterior façade rehabilitation. The existing low‑yield warehouse was identified as an ideal candidate for a self‑storage conversion, offering strong structural potential and ample space for redevelopment. Because part of the building remained occupied by an industrial tenant, Net Zero Construction carefully coordinated work to minimize disruption while completing interior demolition, façade upgrades, and the addition of new square footage. 

Following the success of the initial phase, the remaining tenanted portions of the building were also converted, and a new mezzanine level was added to further increase rentable area. Our team’s experience with occupied environments and complex retrofit conditions ensured a smooth transformation, delivering a modern, efficient storage facility while preserving operational continuity throughout the process.
